Teen Program – This program is designed for swimmers ages 12 and up who are new to Artistic Swimming and want to learn a new sport in a fun, supportive environment. Swimmers will be introduced to new ways to move in the water, improve physical and aquatic literacy and express themselves through movement. 

Masters – Beginner and Intermediate/Advanced Adult programs are designed to allow adults the opportunity to do something for themselves, to learn and improve their Artistic Swimming skill in a fun, supportive environment.
