Compliance with Rowan’s Law and Ontario Artistic Swimming’s Policy, KAS has adopted a strict concussion policy. All participants are expected to be aware of this policy.
Swimmers will be eligible for a full refund (less OAS and CAS fee’s) if they leave a program within the first two weeks of the season. Swimmers that leave the program after this for reasons of illness or relocation will be eligible for a refund for the amount of fees pro-rated to reflect the costs incurred to register the swimmer and the amount of time the swimmer has been enrolled in the program. Swimmers who leave the program for other reasons may petition KAS Board of Directors within two weeks of leaving the program for a refund of fees.
